This service aimed to improve the ability of the teachers of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo in making scientific writings related to reports on the results of classroom action research. Problems faced by MTs teachers was less motivated to make scientific writings due to several factors, one of which was the lack of knowledge and skills related to tips for making scientific writings, and lack of time due to busy teachers carrying out teaching and learning process. The methods used in this paper were lectures and demonstrations in delivering the training material, as well as the application of the material to the form of training in scientific writing directed at making proposals and reports on the results of classroom action research. This service was expected to motivate and increase the knowledge of teachers about how to write scientific papers, so that they could meet the needs of scientific writing related to proposals, reports on the results of classroom action research and scientific papers. The knowledge and abilities gained by teachers in this training could improve the competence, capacity and professionalism of teachers as educators
